Qualification :
- Dean – Degree or equivalent and Diploma in FTII or equivalent or Television direction / Production with at least eight years professional experience
- Professor – Degree or equivalent and Degree or Diploma in FTII or equivalent at least six years professional experience
- Associate Professor – Degree or equivalent and Degree or Diploma in FTII or equivalent at least four years professional experience
- Assistant Professor – Degree or equivalent and Degree or Diploma in FTII or equivalent at least two years professional experience
- Maintenance Engineer – Degree in Engineering or M. Sc with Physics with Electronics or Wireless and at least four years experience.
- Vision Mixer Engineer – Degree in Engineering or M. Sc with Physics with Electronics or Wireless and at least four years experience.
- Chief Librarian – Degree or equivalent and at least five year experience.
- Film Research Officer – Master Degree in Arts, Social Science or Humanities
Age Limit :
- Dean – Maximum age 50 years.

- Associate Professor – Maximum age 45 years.
- Assistant Professor – Maximum age 40 years.
- Maintenance Engineer – Maximum age 30 years.
